Based in the historic Sunniside area of Sunderland, Paprika are housed in an intimate basement location on Frederick Street. Within easy reach of parking and local transport, and 2 minutes walk from the City Centre.

Launched in December 2003, our philosophy; To deliver great dining experience whether daytime or evening, value for money and a welcoming service.

Our ingredients are carefully selected and, prepared drawing influence from both classical and light modern techniques.

The restaurant has received many acclaimed reviews from local press food critics and featured in the prestigious Guardian Newspaper Were to Eat Guide.

Awarded ‘AA’ rosette status for high standards of food, we were delighted to receive our most recent award – being voted ‘Best restaurant in Sunderland and South Tyneside.
