Starters
Soup of the evening.
Smooth Chicken liver Pate finished with Cognac and port.
(v) Salad of flamed Asparagus, crumbled Greek feta, cherry tomatoes & roast pepper pesto dressing.
Fragrant Thai fishcakes, sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Olive oil, garlic & coriander flamed grilled chicken salad.
Mains
Mustard & parsley crusted pork fillet, mash, Scottish black pudding, red wine jus.
Oak smoked bacon wrapped breast of chicken, Rosemary potatoes rich port wine & mushroom sauce.
Rump of English lamb, slow braised puy lentils, garlic sausage & caramelised red onion, red wine jus.
Pan roasted sea bass fillet, white wine & shellfish sauce, crispy potatoes & leek ribbons.
(v) flaky pastry tartlet filled with creamed mushrooms, baby spinach & leeks topped with asparagus.
All main courses are accompanied by seasonal vegetables & potatoes
Desserts
Selection of cheese & biscuits , homemade chutney.
Lemon and lime crème brulee.
White chocolate & vanilla cheesecake, butterscotch drizzle toffee banana.
